We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and data-driven PPC Executive to join our Paid Media Team. This is a fast-growing, dynamic environment where analytical mindset, creativity, and enthusiasm will contribute to the growth of our global paid search campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Analyse campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance ROAS and efficiency.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to specific target audiences, ensuring alignment with the brand\’s tone of voice.
- Support the PPC team with weekly launches of new brands, products, and promotions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and perform negative keyword mining using Search Query Reports.
- Carry out regular campaign health checks, ensuring optimal performance, identifying account opportunities and expansion. Support the delivery of weekly and monthly reports with context around performance.
- Collaborate with wider teams across SEO, Ecom, Brand and Design.
- Stay updated on the latest paid search trends, products, and services to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in creating and managing campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- A background in running Shopping campaigns and understanding of bidding tools such as SA360.
- A blend of analytical and creative thinking, with a strong eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in data-driven approaches with excellent analytical skills and a strong command of Excel.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning, research, and taking initiative.
