As a Marketing Manager for Taiwan and South East Asia, you'll:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Taiwan and South East Asia that align with Myprotein's business objectives and growth targets.
- Be responsible for the brand's social media channels for day-to-day management of accounts.
- Manage the full end-to-end influencer relationship from initial outreach to payment processing with a primary focus on the Taiwan market.
- Manage and optimise channels including influencers, paid media, and events to meet performance goals.
- Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build regional brand awareness and lead the go-to-market strategy for multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities with insights, crafting and executing strategies for the Marketing Team to reach new market segments and expand market share for ongoing growth.
- Build and maintain an effective team, providing direction to the work and resources of our business and ensuring the team is well motivated to achieve business mission and objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including influencers, ambassadors, and partners to strengthen brand position in the region.
- Monitor, analyse, and report key performance KPIs including traffic, new customer CAC, etc., to increase the efficiency of marketing activities and ensure the best possible balance of ROI and growth.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and track tools to provide forecasts, competitive analysis, marketing campaign results, and consumer trends to convert results into actionable strategies.
Role Requirements:
- Multilingual with a passion for developing Taiwan and South East Asia Markets with the ability to write and speak Mandarin and English to a full professional level.
- 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing in a fast-paced work environment/industry preferred.
- Degree qualified and strong academic record.
- Experience managing junior employees and multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and highly intelligent individuals with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Experience with P&L Management is preferred.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and people management skills with the ability to work autonomously with high responsibility.
- Genuine interest and strong understanding of digital marketing channels and ecommerce to work in a digital-first environment.
- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome, those able to think outside the box best suited to a true startup agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to analyse workload, assign priorities, and maintain focus on productive endeavours.
- Interest in Fitness or Sports Nutrition would be beneficial.
