As a marketing communications Executive you will be reporting into the Marketing Communications Manager, this role is focused on delivering engaging and commercial brand communications for Cult Beauty. You have a commercial mind and a creative eye and you ensure all comms, big and small, are always on-brand. You thrive in a fast paced team, and can be flexible while working to meet the demands of the business. You excel when it comes to collaborating with different teams across the business including Buying & Merchandising, Creative, Copy, eCommerce, Retail Media and Social.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with teams across the business, especially Buying, Merchandising, Retail Media and Trade to build our monthly on site marketing content calendar, ensuring it’s aligned with our brand marketing campaigns, as well as giving space to all key commercial moments and launches.
  • You own the briefing of on site communications and will need to be skilled in briefing creative assets, always keeping the customer in mind, the Cult Beauty brand and tone of voice when it comes to key messages.
  • Build strong relationships with brand partners and support the execution of joint marketing activity.
  • Working with the Senior Creative Operations Manager to manage the production of creative assets through the Copy & Creative teams, ensuring assets are delivered on time and on-brand.
  • Gather and provide feedback on creative assets following the process guidelines. Communicating clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders is essential to the role.
  • Work with the eCommerce team to ensure our site content is optimised in terms of conversion, customer acquisition and engagement. You should champion implementing improvements and new ideas.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to brief in and deliver content landing pages to align with marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives, keeping a focus on the customer journey.
  • Work with the Creative and Social teams to build a monthly shoot calendar, ensuring the team has the assets they need to deliver the on site content calendar.
  • Stay close to industry trends and customer insights to help inform campaign and BAU content planning.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the eCommerce retail space, in a marketing role or similar. Experience within the beauty / wellness industry is preferred.
  • A keen interest in the beauty industry.
  • Incredibly strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail when it comes to written communications, including spelling & grammar, and confident writing in corporate email prose.
  • Extremely well organised with strong planning skills. You are motivated by maintaining process within a fast-paced environment and proactively look for new ways to improve efficiencies in workflows.
  • The ability to continually prioritise well when many tasks are being handled at once, with competing deadlines.
