Why be a UK Ecommerce Manager at THG Beauty?

As UK Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for building out daily trade plans and budgets, in close alignment with the Senior Ecommerce Manager.

Owns phasing, reforecasting and builds out plans with Senior Channel Managers.

Ensures trade plans are solid and deliver targets across all metrics.

UK Ecommerce Manager , you’ll

  • Data Confidence: demonstrate strong understanding of data through collection, analysis, manipulation and presentation.
  • Technical Ability: competently use and train others on all Executive-level systems; confident use of Excel formulas and reporting.
  • Monitoring Performance: actively monitor KPI performance; proactively analyse to enhance understanding; recommend for MTG reforecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Target Setting: begin completing revenue and GP phasing for sign-off with Senior Ecommerce Manager; collaborate with marketing on KPI phasing.
  • Campaign Management: own the campaign process end-to-end (buying, marketing, merch, retail media, creative/copy alignment); share regular progress updates.
  • Daily Trade Plans & Budgets: build and own daily trade plans and budgets in close alignment with the Senior Ecommerce Manager; own phasing and reforecasting with Senior Channel Managers.
  • Presentation: confidently create and present content to all levels of stakeholder; build storytelling skills.
  • Delegation: effectively delegate workload fairly across the team to hit collective deadlines.
  • Team Development: support development of direct reports aligned to their goals, strengths and development areas.
  • Learning Opportunities: own onboarding and training for new starters; provide ongoing training.
  • Relationships: strengthen and develop productive relationships across the division; establish self as a point of contact
