What You’ll Own

  • World-class hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment across commercial and functional roles. Set and hold a high bar. Every hire matters.
  • Candidate experience: Build a process that earns our reputation with candidates, clear, respectful and fast. People should want to work here because of how it felt to apply.
  • Hiring manager partnership: Coach managers to hire better. Bring structure to briefings, rigour to assessment and clarity to decisions. Be the partner they actually want in the room.
  • Talent infrastructure: Design and embed the frameworks, scorecards and processes that make great hiring consistent, not dependent on the individual doing it.
  • Data and insight: Track what matters, time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, offer conversion. Use data to improve, not just report.

  • Proven hiring track record — You’ve filled hard roles, attracted people who weren’t looking, and consistently landed quality.
  • Commercial instinct — You understand the business context behind every hire and can translate that into a sharp brief and the right search.

  • Process builder — You don’t just run processes, you improve them. You’ve built frameworks that outlasted you.
