Role Overview
The Senior Paid Media Executive will lead paid media strategy and execution for the Myvitamins brand. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the role is based at THG HQ, Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy & Planning: Own the full paid media strategy across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) to deliver growth against key commercial KPIs (CAC, ROAS, revenue, LTV). Develop always‑on, seasonal, and brand campaign plans, define the channel mix and spend allocation, conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Paid Social Execution & Optimisation: Set up and manage Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat campaigns; build audience strategies and test creative variations; report performance and maximise CTR, conversion rates and efficiency. Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Work with Brand Marketing, CRM, Creative and eCommerce teams to ensure an integrated customer journey; brief and manage external media partners, agencies and platforms; support media spend forecasting with the Head of Marketing; champion test‑and‑learn culture across paid channels.
- Data & analytics: Track key metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, lifetime value, etc.) and use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and BI dashboards to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in paid media/digital advertising roles.
- Experience working across e‑commerce and paid social teams.
- Hands‑on expertise with major acquisition channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Proven track record of managing substantial ad budgets, often six‑ or seven‑figure annual budgets.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and BI dashboards.
