It is an exciting time to join the Store Retail team at LOOKFANTASTIC as we expand our store portfolio after the success of our first stand alone store in Altrincham, Manchester. The Retail Store team is responsible for the end to end planning, management and operations of our stand alone stores, ensuring we offer the best customer experience alongside supporting the business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned retail stores to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with store teams to support operational goals and resolve issues promptly.
- Set targets and KPI’s and take accountability for stores achieving these goals.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high‑performing store managers and retail teams.
- Coach and mentor store leadership to build strong succession plans and career pathways.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance work environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute retail strategies.
