About THG Retail Operations
We’re looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead the sales and operational performance of multiple sites across our expanding retail network, including Myprotein stores, partner retail locations, and café concepts.
About the Role
This high impact role drives commercial results, ensures consistent operational standards, and elevates the customer experience across all sites. As a Retail Operations Manager you will:
- Own sales and commercial performance across multiple retail sites.
- Lead and develop Store Managers to drive high standards and consistency.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through strong service standards.
- Optimise staffing, scheduling, and labour planning.
- Oversee stock management, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all sites.
- Review and analyse site level KPIs.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and stock flow.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and cash processes.
- Support new store openings from setup to launch execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the key escalation point for operational issues.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Proven multi-site retail management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with sales driven leadership experience.
- Skilled people leader with experience coaching store teams.
- Proficient in P&L, labour planning, KPI management, and reporting.
- Experience delivering high brand standards across multiple locations.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of stock control, service delivery, and compliance.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Food safety/hygiene knowledge beneficial.
