Why be a Programme Manager - Product & GTM at THG Nutrition?

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a portfolio of interrelated projects that support the delivery of My Protein Activewear strategic objectives.

The role will ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed quality standards and with clear governance, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation.

These items include the cross functional Product Critical Path and all Go To Market activities related to My Protein Activewear.

As a Programme Manager, you'll

  • Define programme objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones and success measures in line with the My Protein Activewear strategy.
  • Develop the Critical Path, maintain integrated programme plans, roadmaps, budgets and resource plans.
  • Manage multiple interdependent projects such as Go To Market (GTM) activity, workstreams and project teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
  • Establish programme governance, reporting processes, risk controls and decision-making forums.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, identify blockers and resolve delivery issues.
  • Manage programme-level risks, issues, assumptions and changes, escalating where appropriate.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior and cross functional stakeholders, partners and internal teams.
  • Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, board papers and updates for senior leadership.
  • Ensure project managers and delivery teams have the resources, information and direction needed to deliver.
  • Track programme benefits and confirms successful delivery at programme completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex programmes or multiple related projects within the clothing/retail sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of programme and project management methods, tools and governance, particularly Monday. com
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to work across departments, suppliers and delivery teams in a matrix environment.
