The Role
As Influencer Manager - MP Activewear, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the global influencer and creator strategy for MP Activewear.
You will help build a high-performing global creator ecosystem that strengthens brand credibility, drives awareness and supports commercial growth across priority markets.
From identifying the next generation of emerging talent to developing long-term relationships with established creators and talent agencies, you will ensure MP Activewear is consistently working with the right talent, in the right markets, and delivering content that drives commercial and brand growth.
You will work closely with Brand, Social, Paid Social, E-commerce and regional market teams to ensure influencers are an integral part of the wider global marketing strategy.
This role combines strategy, talent management, campaign delivery and commercial performance.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, build trusted relationships and remain hands-on in delivering work at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Influencer Strategy
- Own the development and execution of MP Activewear’s global influencer and creator strategy.
- Translate global brand priorities into clear, market-specific influencer plans across priority markets.
- Help local teams build relevant creator communities while maintaining a consistent international brand identity.
- Identify emerging platforms, creator trends, communities and cultural opportunities relevant to activewear.
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks for influencer activity.
- Lead the continued development of MP Activewear’s creator proposition, including exclusive access, product seeding, experiences and community opportunities.
- Talent Identification and Relationship Management
- Identify high-potential influencers and creators across global markets.
- Build and maintain authentic, long-term relationships with talent and talent management teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of each creator’s audience, content style, community influence and commercial potential.
- Manage regular communication with MP’s global influencer network and ensure creators feel valued, informed and connected to the brand.
- Identify opportunities to develop high-performing creators from initial test activity into longer-term ambassadors and brand advocates.
- Monitor creator retention, repeat collaboration, organic posting behaviour and long-term partnership potential.
- Make clear recommendations on where to protect, develop, scale or optimise creator investment.
- Campaign and Activation Management
- Lead influencer campaigns for MP Activewear from initial concept and talent selection through to delivery, reporting and optimisation.
- Ensure global influencer activity around product launches, seasonal campaigns, key trading moments, events and wider brand initiatives.
- Lead the global strategy of creator product seeding and community experiences, reporting against key KPIs to monitor success.
- Commercial Performance and Reporting
- Own the day-to-day performance reporting for influencer activity and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Track and analyse relevant KPIs including reach, engagement, content performance, new customer contribution, revenue, CPA/CAC, cost of sale and ROI.
- Present data and insights to inform future talent selection, campaign planning and investment decisions.
- Clearly communicate performance, risks, opportunities and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working across the global influencer programme.
About You
You will ideally have
- 3-5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, PR, partnerships or a related field.
- Experience supporting or managing influencer programmes across multiple markets.
- Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, agents and talent managers.
- Experience negotiating influencer partnerships, fees, deliverables, usage rights and exclusivity.
- A strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube, with the curiosity to identify opportunities on emerging platforms.
- Experience measuring influencer performance and turning data into clear recommendations.
