Location: Manchester City Centre

Position: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Shift Hours: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (5 days per week)

King Street Townhouse Hotel is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional with leadership skills and a passion for excellence. As a Hotel Night Manager, you will oversee night operations, ensuring outstanding service for our guests.

The hotel also includes King Street Tavern (bar, restaurant and wine cellars), afternoon tea rooms, conferencing & event space, gym and treatment rooms, which are available to hotel guests. King Street Townhouse boasts some amazing features, such as its rooftop infinity spa pool, with views of the spires and clock tower of Manchester’s iconic town hall. The hotel prides itself in its reputation for special events and occasions, being popular for christenings, wedding parties, anniversaries and birthday celebrations. In addition to this, we also have regular corporate banquets and events.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage night shift processes and front desk operations
  • Train and guide front desk team members
  • Address guest inquiries and provide concierge services
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including night audits
  • Act as the manager on duty in the absence of senior management
  • Welcome guests, manage bookings, and allocate rooms
  • Handle phone inquiries, take messages, and respond to requests
  • Ensure prompt payments and prepare room bills
  • Liaise closely with other departments
