  • Develop commercial forecasts, track performance and proactively address risks and opportunities.
  • Marketing & Customer Acquisition
  • Partner with central marketing teams to develop and execute effective regional acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Drive growth across paid media, organic search, affiliates, influencers, CRM, social and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure global campaigns are adapted to resonate with local audiences, cultural moments and regional consumer behaviours.
  • Identify opportunities to build brand awareness and consideration through local partnerships, sponsorships, athletes and creators.
  • Ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial returns, with clear accountability for CAC, ROAS, ROI and customer growth.
  • Market Development & Expansion
  • Develop a deep understanding of the MENA sports nutrition and wellness landscape, including consumer trends, competitors and market dynamics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new countries and territories across the region.
  • Work with internal teams to address market-specific challenges relating to logistics, payments, pricing, regulation and customer experience.
  • Build relationships with local partners, distributors, agencies and other relevant stakeholders where required.
  • Develop market entry and expansion plans that support sustainable long-term growth.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with central and regional teams to ensure alignment on growth priorities and delivery.
  • Bring pace, accountability and a test-and-learn mindset to the business.
  • Use data and insight to challenge existing approaches and continuously improve performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on regional performance, growth opportunities and strategic priorities.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?
