Why be an Influencer Manager for Myprotein Balkans?.
As Influencer Manager – Balkans, you'll have the opportunity to shape the way our brand connects with influential and growing fitness, health and wellbeing communities across the Balkan region.
You'll play a key role in developing and executing our influencer strategy across multiple Balkan markets, identifying emerging talent, building strong creator relationships and delivering campaigns that drive both brand awareness and commercial growth.
This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, strategic thinking, commercial awareness and cultural insight while working with some of the most exciting talent across the Balkan fitness and wellbeing space.
Responsibilities include
- Own and drive the day-to-day operations of the Balkans influencer programme, ensuring consistent growth, engagement and commercial performance across the region.
- Support the wider EU Influencer team in shaping and executing the Balkan influencer strategy, aligning with overall EU and global objectives for the Myprotein brand.
- Develop strong working relationships with creators, talent agents, management companies and key industry contacts across Balkan markets.
- Deliver detailed weekly, bi-weekly and monthly performance reporting, analysing key KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions, revenue and ROI, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Manage influencer programme maintenance, ensuring tracking links, discount codes and promotional offers are accurate, live and performing optimally across all communications.
- Actively source, recruit and develop new influencer talent across the Balkan region, with a focus on brand alignment, commercial potential, audience quality and cultural fit.
- Identify and nurture talent across different creator tiers, from micro and emerging creators through to established macro influencers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, brand, commercial, paid media and product marketing teams to plan, brief and execute integrated influencer campaigns tailored to individual Balkan markets.
- Own the full campaign process for Balkan influencer activations – from planning and briefing through to execution, approvals, content collection, analysis and learnings.
- Ensure influencer content is on-brand, high quality and aligned with local social media trends, fitness culture and seasonal campaigns across the region.
- Lead on influencer payments and budget tracking, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and monthly purchase order (PO) processes are completed in line with internal finance procedures.
- Encourage collaboration across influencer tiers and markets, nurturing an engaged creator community through creative activations, collaborative content opportunities and connections with wider marketing channels including events, social and CRM.
- Support brand-led events, campaigns and content creation, ensuring Balkan influencer presence and involvement is maximised to generate impact, reach and engagement.
- Stay ahead of influencer and social media trends across the Balkans, identifying emerging platforms, content formats, creator trends and cultural opportunities to future-proof Myprotein's influencer approach.
- Share market insights and recommendations with the wider EU and global influencer teams to help strengthen Myprotein's presence across the region.
We're looking for
- Business-level English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working across Balkan markets, with a strong understanding of the region's influencer, fitness, health and wellbeing landscape.
- 2+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media or a related field preferred.
- A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and fitness, with an ambition to be at the forefront of influencer marketing across the Balkans.
- An understanding of how influencers and creators can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, You Tube and Tik Tok.
- Strong understanding of social media behaviour, creator trends and audience preferences across the Balkan region.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage multiple markets, campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate performance into actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing influencer budgets, payments, contracts and campaign administration is desirable.
- Degree qualified is preferred.
Desirable language skills
- Fluency in one or more Balkan languages is highly desirable, such as Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Slovenian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Macedonian or Greek.
- Additional regional language skills would be advantageous, particularly where they support creator relationship management and local market understanding.
