As Ecommerce Manager - France, you'll take full ownership of one of Myprotein's key European markets, with P&L responsibility and end-to-end control of ecommerce trading. Based at our Manchester HQ, you'll sit at the centre of a global ecommerce business, shaping strategy, performance, and growth at scale. You'll lead trading for France, manage a high-performing direct report, and use industry-leading data, technology, and insight to drive revenue, profitability, and new customer growth. Working closely with senior regional stakeholders and expert central teams, you'll localise strategy, move fast, and see the direct impact of your decisions every day. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Full ownership of Myprotein France P&L, sales performance, and ecommerce growth strategy.
  • Delivering annual budgets and producing a detailed annual operating plan for the French market.
  • Leading Ecommerce Trading to maximise revenue, gross profit, and new customer growth.
  • Ensuring the French territory works collaboratively with wider marketing and commercial channels to measure productivity and performance through data.
  • Partnering closely with marketing teams to ensure all trading and growth plans are fully supported, communicating changes and pivots clearly and effectively.
  • Leveraging THG's in-house data and technology platform, with access to over 30 million customers and 500 million unique visitors per annum, to identify customer insights and market trends.
  • Working in synergy with other country and regional ecommerce managers to help define and deliver optimal growth strategies across Europe.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with compliance, logistics, finance, and other central teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape in France, identifying key competitors, and evaluating their strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Ensuring operating objectives, KPIs, and performance standards are clearly understood and owned across the team.
  • Managing and developing the France trading team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Producing regular commercial reporting, including revenue, gross profit, and new customer metrics.
  • Supporting recruitment activity and completing ongoing skill-gap analysis within the team.

What experience do I need:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in online retail or ecommerce trading.
  • French market experience and fluency in French are essential.
  • Proven experience managing ecommerce teams.
  • Strong track record of P&L ownership and commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and ecommerce performance levers.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
