We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Ecommerce Manager to drive the growth and performance of Myprotein across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). You will own the regional ecommerce trading strategy, optimise website performance and deliver a customer experience that reflects the needs of fitness, sports nutrition and active lifestyle customers across MENA markets. From delivering product launches and key trading campaigns to improving conversion and retention, you will play a central role in growing revenue and building customer loyalty across Myprotein's nutrition, supplements and activewear ranges. This role combines commercial thinking, data-driven decision making and an understanding of regional customer behaviour within a fast-paced direct-to-consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Trading

  • Own day-to-day ecommerce trading performance across MENA markets, delivering revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute regional trading plans, promotional calendars and product launches across nutrition, supplements and activewear.
  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion, average order value and repeat purchases through relevant product recommendations, bundles and promotions.
  • Work with relevant teams to align pricing, promotions, stock availability and product assortment with local demand.

Website Performance & Localisation

  • Optimise the customer journey across mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Work with regional and creative teams to deliver effective Arabic and English content, product pages and campaigns.
  • Help customers discover products suited to their fitness goals through clear navigation, relevant content and effective merchandising.
  • Improve conversion through A/B testing, landing page optimisation and checkout enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve local payment options, delivery messaging and customer trust.
  • Monitor website performance and prioritise improvements that address customer needs across individual MENA markets.

Analytics & Growth

  • Track key ecommerce metrics, including revenue, profitability, conversion rate, average order value and retention.
  • Analyse performance by market and product category to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular reporting with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use customer behaviour, campaign results and market insights to inform trading decisions.
  • Monitor regional competitors, promotional activity and trends across fitness, sports nutrition and activewear.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, creative and technical teams to deliver integrated regional campaigns.
  • Partner with acquisition, influencer and CRM teams to improve the journey from first purchase to repeat customer.
  • Coordinate product launches across regional websites and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to address delivery and service issues affecting customer experience.
  • Share regional insights to help shape wider brand and ecommerce strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years' experience in ecommerce, digital trading or online retail.
  • Experience trading across MENA markets, with an understanding of regional shopping behaviours and key commercial moments.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, conversion rate optimisation, customer journeys and digital performance.
  • Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • A commercial mindset and a proven ability to drive online revenue growth.
  • Experience delivering localised customer experiences across multiple markets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in fitness, sports nutrition and active lifestyles; experience in these categories would be an advantage.
