About the Role:
As a Category Executive within THG’s Nutrition & Wellness division, you will join a fast-growing B2B function and play a key role in shaping our category strategy. Working closely with the B2B Category Manager, you will influence ranging decisions and deliver actionable insights that support commercial growth across retail partners. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong analytical and customer-facing skills, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute directly to range, pricing, and promotional strategies. You will help unlock category growth through insight-led thinking, transforming data into compelling commercial narratives that resonate with customers.
As a Category Executive You'll:
- Analyse internal, syndicated, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, translating insights into clear and compelling commercial stories.
- Work collaboratively with account managers and cross-functional teams including data, product, and brand to support B2B objectives.
- Support the development and delivery of our long-term category strategy aligned with business growth goals.
- Contribute to pricing, promotional, and portfolio optimisation initiatives to maximise category performance.
- Identify innovation and ranging opportunities through customer insight and collaboration.
- Champion a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- FMCG / Marketing / Category experience
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills, with working knowledge of tools such as Circana, Nielsen, and customer reporting platforms
- Confident presentation and customer relationship skills.
- Foundational understanding of commercial processes within FMCG or retail.
- A good understanding of the FMCG landscape and category dynamics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Creativity and confidence in delivering a compelling vision for share growth.
