As Managing Director – Sales, you’ll:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities in key sectors such as food, beverage, nutrition, and personal care.
- Align sales goals with overall business objectives and ensure a strong market positioning.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify emerging trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales solutions.
- Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
- Establish clear sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
- Manage the sales budget, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with product innovation and customer demands.
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
