  • Maintain scalable relationships with creators who deliver proven conversion and ROI.
  • Grow an always-on pool of performance influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign results across a full set of KPIs: Revenue driven, Cost of Sale (COS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROI by campaign, Affiliate/influencer channel growth, Engagement and EMV (earned media value).
  • Provide optimisation insights (creator mix, platform choice, content formats, investment allocation).
  • Ensure influencer and affiliate activity is continuously optimised against performance and trading goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
