As an Influencer Marketing Executive for Myprotein UK, you'll play a key role in developing and executing influencer campaigns that build brand awareness, drive acquisition, and promote loyalty. You'll work closely with a diverse range of fitness, health and lifestyle influencers, from micro‑creators to elite athletes, to deliver performance‑led campaigns that align with Myprotein’s brand goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and manage influencer partnerships across fitness, sport and lifestyle categories to drive awareness and sales.
  • Support the Influencer Manager in developing and executing the UK influencer strategy, ensuring alignment with key campaign and commercial objectives.
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing and end‑to‑end relationship management, including product seeding and payment processing.
  • Maintain and update the UK Influencer Database to ensure efficient tracking, communication and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to creative campaign development, supporting the production of authentic, on‑brand content that resonates with the core consumer.
  • Analyse and report on influencer performance using Excel, Google Analytics and internal reporting platforms, delivering actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Social, Content, PR and Digital) to ensure influencer activations are fully integrated within the wider marketing strategy.
  • Support PR and brand event execution, including influencer attendance, coordination and post‑event reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing (advantageous if within sports nutrition, health or fitness).
  • Understanding of how influencer content drives brand awareness, engagement and commercial performance.
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and emerging influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to measure performance and ROI.
  • Proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness, health and social media, and understanding of the Myprotein brand and community.
