Why be a CRM Executive at LOOKFANTASTIC?
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven CRM Executive to join our team ahead of a big transformation period. With a new CRM tool currently being onboarded, this is a unique and exciting time to be joining the CRM team. Reporting into the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will be supporting the team in the execution of the UK and IE CRM strategy: delivering personalised emails and app push notifications and leveraging smart segmentation to support the company’s commercial objectives, whilst delivering a great customer experience.
As a CRM Executive, you’ll drive the following responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for email and push marketing communications, including briefing, building and scheduling. Ensure accurate, consistent and timely completion of the builds.
- Ideate and write compelling subject lines and pre-header copy for emails and push notifications.
- Segmentation of the customer database in the CRM platform.
- Execution of the A/B testing plan to ensure emails and push notifications are optimised to the best performing set-ups.
- Update templates for workflows and automated email campaigns as and when required.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ongoing monitoring of competitor activity and industry trends.
KPIs
• Support the wider CRM team to achieve the revenue targets and channel KPIs.
• Ensure all email communications and app notifications are delivered on brief, on time and in line with the global CRM strategy.
• Ensure all CRM messaging aligns with wider brand messaging and tone of voice.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Essential
- Time management and organisation: prioritise workload and effectively manage time to meet tight deadlines.

- 1+ year’s CRM experience.
- Copywriting for marketing channels, ideally CRM.
- Multi-channel experience and exposure (Email, App).
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Tableau.
- E-commerce sector experience.
