As a key player in the content team, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to deliver cohesive, on-brand messaging that drives engagement and conversion. You’ll play a vital role in shaping how we speak to our customers, ensuring that every piece of content tells a compelling story and reflects the THG Nutrition ethos.
As a Copywriter, you’ll:

Create compelling and on-brand copy for campaigns and marketing channels. Your words will help shape how customers perceive our products and brand.

Contribute to the ongoing development of our tone of voice, helping it evolve in response to market trends and consumer feedback.

Write conversion-led copy designed to persuade and engage, driving sales and customer loyalty across different marketing channels.

Collaborate with different marketing teams to ensure that all customer touchpoints maintain a consistent tone of voice.

Test new approaches to copy, experiment with tone, and analyse what works best to continuously enhance customer experience and engagement.

At least 2+ years of professional experience in copywriting, ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, or a related field.

A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about how to engage different audiences across multiple channels.

A strong grasp of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. A degree in English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Impeccable proofreading and fact-checking skills, ensuring that all copy is free from errors and aligned with the brand’s messaging.

Ability to shift between tones and styles, tailoring content for different platforms, including product packaging, web copy, email marketing, and social media.
