Beauty Brand Ambassador Role Description The Brand Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering world-class customer service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. They tailor each consultation to the customer, providing enjoyable and natural service, and go above and beyond at every opportunity. Service Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge at all times. Build customer relationships using CRM to deliver personalized shopping experiences. Create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring a seamless customer journey from greeting to checkout. Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Support and participate in internal and external events. Sales Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs. Drive sales through excellent customer experience, meeting targets and KPI goals. Promote service, sales, loyalty, and appointments with customers. Operational Excellence Maintain a positive, professional, and dynamic team presence. Ensure store standards, including hygiene and visual merchandising, are upheld. Assist in updating and maintaining visual merchandising of all brands. Experience and Skills Beauty retail experience is preferred but not essential. Passion for beauty and customer service is essential. An \’always on\’ approach when at work. Strong beauty knowledge and makeup application skills, both for self and others. Excellent communication skills. Full availability, including weekends and bank holidays, is required.
