Working closely with both global and local teams, you’ll lead on strategy, launch innovative initiatives, and continuously optimise performance across multiple regions. As Affiliate Manager for Myprotein UK you will:

  • Ensure managed accounts are working towards agreed KPIs
  • Work closely with the Senior Affiliate Manager and country managers on the overall strategy for Myprotein
  • Implement new initiatives and ensuring all new features / technology is being tested
  • Analyse affiliate and country performance data for Senior Leadership Team
  • Utilise strategic insight to the wider marketing teams
  • Prepare and deliver reports on channel performance
  • Make quick judgement calls on performance data and implementing change
  • Work closely with team members providing collated reporting
  • Build strong professional relationships internally with the wider marketing teams
  • Work with our affiliate network representatives (AWIN) and keeping a strong working relationship in place
  • Work with senior management on strategic challenges

What experience do I need for this role?

  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate partners.
  • Proven track record in managing affiliates directly and leveraging affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, Partnerize, Commission Junction).
  • Strong negotiation skills, comfortable handling contracts face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving exceptional results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of numerical data.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for affiliates, partnerships, and digital marketing innovation.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and their integration into overall strategies.
