PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED for a high-quality Design & Build refurbishment project based in SW London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strong communicator across all project stakeholders
- Lead design coordination between architects and contractor design teams
- Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Own the project programme, ensuring time, quality, H&S, and client satisfaction are met
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, close-out, and lessons learned
- Liaise closely with the Commercial team
- Prepare and present regular progress reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience working for a Main Contractor or Developer
- Strong background in refurbishment / D&B delivery environments
- Excellent understanding of programmes, quality, H&S, and contractor management
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects up to £10m from start to finish
