Groundwork Contracts Manager Required Type of works β Residential Groundworks Locations β Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Hampshire Start Date β ASAP Salary β Β£95,000 β Β£110,000 + Package My client is now looking to hire a Contracts Managers to join their established and growing groundwork company. Your role as a Contracts Manager will be to make sure projects are being delivered safely, within budget and to agreed standards. Ensuring all plant, labour, and material on sites under your control is properly organised and managed. Support the directors in developing new clients and maintaining service to existing clients. Ideally, they are looking for a Project Manager looking for a step up or a contracts manager with 2-3 years experience already. Duties; * Arrange adequate resources for project delivery, safety, and standards of work. * Monitor Safety, liaising with directors, the health and safety team and site staff as required. * Monitor the competence of site and sub-contractors. * Oversee all aspects of site management on your assigned sites, regularly visiting to inspect, offer support and adhere to agreed program/quality and building regulations. * Manage the overall job performance. * Work with the commercial team on cost advice, unexpected works, understand the tender and agreed standards. * Provide resources to enable customer care issues to be resolved effectively. * Manage effective communication between site and office. * Liaise with clientβs staff to provide effective delivery of projects and develop long lasting relationships. * Work to develop mentor and train others
