Job Title: Project Operations Coordinator – Disney

Reports to: Head of Production

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised and calm Project Operations Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and smooth running of creative and production workstreams for the Disney account.

You’ll work closely with client services, production, studio, and post-production teams to help manage workflow, track progress, and support timely delivery. This role plays a key part in ensuring briefs are clear, tasks are allocated efficiently, and teams are aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Support the end-to-end delivery of projects across the Disney account.
• Help manage daily task flow between client services, production, studio, styling, and post-production.
• Maintain visibility over live and upcoming jobs, updating trackers and schedules as needed.

Team Support

• Assist in running daily stand-ups and workflow catch ups.
• Keep project documents, schedules, and trackers accurate and up to date.
• Flag any potential delays or resourcing issues early to relevant leads.

Briefing & Scheduling

• Ensure briefs coming in via client services are clear and complete.
• Support with scheduling and booking of resources in collaboration with team leads.
• Help coordinate handovers between departments to maintain momentum.

Process & Efficiency

• Contribute to the consistency of briefing, scheduling and final delivery processes.
• Help identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of small operational changes.

Reporting & Tracking

• Support reporting on key KPIs like delivery timelines, capacity, and freelance usage.
• Keep operational tools and trackers (dashboards, calendars, etc.) up to date and well maintained.

Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, studio operations, or production support within a creative, content or agency environment.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Familiarity with creative workflows, timelines, and delivery requirements.
• Confident communicator who can coordinate across teams and follow up on actions.
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Monday.com, Smartsheets).
