THG Ingenuity is offering a 12-18 month CX Apprenticeship - Data, reporting to the CX Analytics and Performance Director.

You will help turn operational data into actionable insights across headcount, budgets, CS performance, claims and returns.

You'll build dashboards in Power BI, run SQL queries, and support leadership with ad hoc analysis while maintaining data quality.

The role combines hands-on analytics with on-the-job training and career development on site.
