Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, commercially driven Business Development Director to lead and grow new business for THG Studios. This senior role combines strategic leadership with active engagement in the full business development cycle — from identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an executor: someone who thrives on building relationships, developing tailored creative and commercial solutions, and personally driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with leading global and regional brands.
- Lead from the front — actively prospect, engage, and manage your own pipeline of opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Develop and execute a robust sales and growth strategy aligned with THG Studios’ creative and commercial goals.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, brand leaders, and agency partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, strategy, and technology teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches.
- Oversee and directly contribute to the end-to-end sales process — from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
