Role Overview
Arrow Films is looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to work chiefly across our upcoming Home Entertainment & digital release slate and our brand marketing and promotional materials. The successful candidate will work within the Marketing department to assist in the development of visually engaging content and marketing materials such as print ads, key art, promotional materials and with design, layout and final upload of our physical release sleeves and additional materials for print. The role will work across various teams in the business such as the Operations team, the Sales team and the Content team to coordinate upload deadlines, B2B/B2C assets and design/layout for new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and producing graphic design work across the Arrow estate.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work on multiple projects at once while hitting deadlines.
- Working with key internal stakeholders to plan projects and define desired approach.
- Creating assets in multiple formats to cover the whole release lifecycle – theatrical, home entertainment, digital and organic/paid social campaigns.
- Developing bespoke content for international festivals, events, SVOD services and other key contacts.
- Working with key departmental stakeholders to ensure content is supplied in the correct format and meets platform requirements.
- Adapting existing assets for social, PR and marketing purposes.
- Providing ad hoc assistance across teams with design needs.
- Keeping appraised of continual changing market conditions and the competitor landscape.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 1–2 years’ professional experience in a graphic design role (agency or in‑house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge and experience delivering marketing materials across theatrical, digital and print platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with internal communication and planning systems such as Teams and/or Asana.
- Experience in video editing is desired but not essential.
