THG Studios – Ecommerce Product Retoucher (12m FTC)
We are a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast-growing Creative and Production Agency. We offer a combination of Creative, Production, Strategy services and complete end to end Project Management and Account Management which our clients rely on to deliver exceptional outputs.
Role
We\’re seeking a talented and passionate E-commerce Product Retoucher to join our team at THG Studios working with our globally recognised client Disney. With 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, you\’ll be responsible for retouching a high volume of product images each day. Your keen eye for detail and colour balancing will ensure that every image meets Disney\’s high-quality standards and aligns with our magical brand values.
This role is based on site at our Manchester Studio, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Retouch a large number of product images daily using non-destructive retouch techniques, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Use excellent Photoshop skills to enhance imagery.
- Batch processing and using actions.
- Maintain colour consistency and perform colour correction across all image assets.
- Confidently composite images to create visually appealing results.
- Work efficiently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
- Thoroughly check assets for quality assurance and ensure compliance with Disney\’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Traffic Manager to deliver assets on time.
- Proactively understand and query the requirements of a brief when necessary.
- Solve creative problems using initiative and excellent communication skills
Skills & Experience
- Excellent Photoshop skills.
- Proficiency in batch processing techniques.
- Strong understanding of colour theory and correction.
- Ability to perform quality checks and maintain consistency.
- Skilled in working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Creative Force Hue App is a plus.
