Job Description
At the project level, the Production Coordinator is responsible for the daily follow-up of the show and for updating tasks in ShotGrid.
Key Responsibilities

Organize dailies and other meetings to facilitate communication between supervisors and artists;

Check in regularly with artists to remind them of their objectives and report information to the Line Producer or VFX Producer;

Update tasks in ShotGrid according to the progress of the artists' work;

Alert the Line Producer to any scheduling conflicts or delays in tasks;

Report any information from daily meetings or the production floor that could impact delivery deadlines;

Prepare deliverables and ensure smooth client deliveries with the support of a Production Assistant.
Required Skills

Proficiency in ShotGrid, Excel, and Google Sheets;

Previous experience in the VFX industry required;

Fluent written and spoken English;

Strong organizational and prioritization skills;

Attention to detail and rigor.
