Fully remote (UK-based) | £45k–£50k for 3 days per week (£75k–£83k FTE) + commission

We build stories that cut through, then amplify them across the digital ecosystem. Creative and digital treated like best friends, as they should be.

We’re in our scale-up era and looking for a very hands-on Client & Growth Director to be the commercial anchor of the studio, especially through a founder’s period of leave. This is a senior, executional role for someone who is commercially sharp, relationship-led and wants impact without a 5-day week.

You will help us:

  • Lead commercial conversations from first contact through to scope, proposal and close.
  • Support founders on pricing, packaging and proposals.
  • Reduce day-to-day founder dependency on commercial activity while keeping the magic of founder-led relationships.

This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful commercial responsibility. No large team management. No project management delivery.

You may have held titles like Client Partner, Commercial Lead, Business Director or Head of Growth and now want a more focused, flexible role.
