They say you can’t have beautiful work and serious commercial impact. THEY SAY is a female-founded creative + digital studio working with brands across beauty, hospitality, lifestyle and wellness. We build stories that cut through, then amplify them across the digital ecosystem. Creative and digital treated like best friends, as they should be.
We’re in our scale-up era and looking for a very hands-on Client & Growth Director to be the commercial anchor of the studio, especially through a founder’s period of leave. This is a senior, executional role for someone who is commercially sharp, relationship-led and wants impact without a 5-day week.
You will help us:
- Lead commercial conversations from first contact through to scope, proposal and close.
- Support founders on pricing, packaging and proposals.
- Reduce day-to-day founder dependency on commercial activity while keeping the magic of founder-led relationships.
This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful commercial responsibility. No large team management. No project management delivery.
Are confident selling strategy, thinking and creative work.
Are energised by female-founded, values-led businesses and want to help shape the next phase of one.
You may have held titles like Client Partner, Commercial Lead, Business Director or Head of Growth and now want a more focused, flexible role.
Founders more focused on vision and product, less on day-to-day commercial admin.
