Role: Delegate Acquisition Executive – B2B Events

The Job
- Engage senior leaders and decision-makers to participate in high-level in-person and virtual events.
- Understand delegates’ business priorities and align them with relevant event opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process from initial outreach to confirmed attendance.
- Research and qualify potential delegates through LinkedIn and industry platforms.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date communication records in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth event delivery.
About You
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage senior business leaders effectively.
- Naturally organised and comfortable working in a structured, results-driven environment.
- 1–2 years experience in delegate acquisition or the B2B events industry.
- Familiar with CRM tools to manage leads, track conversations, and support efficient workflows.
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to develop within a supportive team.
