We’re looking to recruit a part‑time Resident Liaison Officer to join our existing team. You will support residents by providing information, guidance, and signposting to relevant internal and external services that may assist with their housing journey and future accommodation options.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for delivering a project focused on coordinating permanent and temporary moves for residents within a LiveSmart scheme that is being decommissioned.
- The role will involve supporting residents through the process, ensuring moves are managed smoothly, and providing tailored support to customers, often those who are vulnerable, to achieve positive outcomes.
- Our residents are our priority, and we are keen to ensure we hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises.
- You will report into a Regeneration Programme Lead, and will be required to travel across the local region as when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
