We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and manage major project opportunities in the Midlands region, delivering technical excellence and driving long-term growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment projects, from concept to delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, design teams, and contracting partners.
  • Identify and secure new equipment sales opportunities within your region.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Your profile:
  • Demonstrated success in capital equipment sales, ideally within the water or wastewater sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment.
  • Experience working with consultants, design teams, and contractors.
  • Commercially driven, with the ability to develop and deliver profitable growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
