You will work up to 42 weekend days across the year (with strict Time Off in Lieu; e.g. if you work a Saturday, you’ll receive the following Monday off, etc.). 30 days holiday per year (bank holidays not automatically included).

We are now looking for a proactive and organised Staffing Coordinator to join our operations team in Bristol. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to grow your career while being at the heart of the events and hospitality industry.
Position Overview
As a People Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of staffing events. From onboarding and compliance checks to scheduling shifts and supporting staff on-site, you’ll ensure that our clients have the best teams in place for seamless event delivery. You’ll be part of a supportive office team in Bristol, working closely with the rest of the team and our large network of casual workers. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
