TWG Festivals are actively recruiting bar staff to work across a series of open-air concerts taking place at Crystal Palace Park, in London this year. South Facing Festival returns to Crystal Palace Park in summer 2023! Our critically-acclaimed, open-air concert series features a mix of high-profile artists across multiple genres.

Roles will include basic bar and bar support. The bar work will mainly consist of pouring pints and basic spirit mixers. It will be a cashless bar so all transactions will be through an EPOS system using an iPad. Previous experience and fluent English are required as you will be working in a fast-paced and loud environment. Ideally, we are looking for consistent teams throughout the series so the more you are available for, the more likely you are to succeed in the role.
