The Waiting Game is looking for Hospitality Staff for various positions at a major South Wales 5* resort. We're looking for smart, enthusiastic, and hard-working staff to work on the bar and in hospitality to help give guests the best possible experience.

Date: Weekday/Weekend Work

You must be able to make your own way to the venue. You must be 18+ to work at this event.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Own a smartphone (to use our app)
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential!
  • Have a "can do" positive attitude
  • Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked
  • Are good communicators

How To Apply:

Search on Appstore or Playstore for "TWG Staff' app" and install it onto your IOS or Android device.

Once you have downloaded the app, fill in your details to create a profile. To complete your profile the app will ask you to book an induction. Select the office as "Bristol" and pick a date and time for your online induction. We will accept your induction request and send you a text with details of the zoom induction. The induction usually lasts 20-30 mins. Once you have done these steps and attended the zoom induction we will verify your staff profile and you will be able to sign up to shifts!
