We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Associate Level Landscape Architect to join our talented and dynamic team in London and Dubai.
About the role
- Work alongside our directors and fellow associates to conceptualize and implement creative landscape design solutions for avant‑garde architecture.
- Identify and organize all steps and tasks necessary to implement the landscape concept into a viable landscape scheme.
- Manage a team of senior, intermediate and junior designers, BIM architects and 3D visualisers.
- Lead coordination workshops with the projects’ architects and other consultants.
- Complete all post‑contract deliverables and, where necessary, be available to travel abroad.
- Complete commercial tasks, demonstrating strong business and commercial acumen such as understanding job(phi).#\\, contract review, bid preparation, commercial or scope variation claim placement, etc.
Your profile
- University degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
- 10‑12 years’ experience in an independent landscape design consultancy, with at least some of that as lead designer on large‑scale projects.
- Creative and driven to explore out‑of‑the‑box landscape concepts.
- Self‑motivated and eager to tackle complex, innovative technologies and novel design solutions.
- Sharpened project management skills with a focus كسارة&> on time and task management, aimed at meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge and well versed in landscaping codes – British, European and local.
- Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines for best practice.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and definitivamente skills; able to coach, motivate the team and build rapport with clients to gain trust.
- Eye for clean, refined graphics and architectural hand‑sketching skills.
- Proficient in design software including LUMION, AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOOP and IN DESIGN.
