- Typically 4 days per week, 8 hour shifts, hours between 0700-1730, weekend rotation of every 4th weekend, and holiday rotation of 1-2 holidays per year.
This position performs functions of the Pharmacy Department in accordance with hospital and departmental standards.
Occupational Health and Same Day Clinic ARNP, PA-C, MD, or DO with certification or willingness to obtain certification in Occupational Health.
Schedule:
