Location: Fleetwood
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the main purpose of the role is to service and repair a wide range of plant equipment and vehicles in accordance with Company and Manufacturer Service Schedules. As a Mobile Plant technician, you will be maintaining and supporting our fleet of plant equipment, responding to breakdowns and carrying out preventative maintenance as required.
What your day will look like:
- Carry out scheduled service inspections, servicing and repairs in compliance with manufacturers specifications.
- Conduct regular servicing on machinery, plant and equipment as assigned.
- Diagnose and repair complex faults in machinery, plant and equipment.
- Conduct repairs to machinery, plant and equipment, and their components.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop environment.
- Record information digitally, including photographs on Syrinx App.
- Carry out all tasks in compliance with the Company’s Environmental and Health and Safety Procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
What we need from you:
- NVQ3 equivalent or equivalent education.
- Crawler crane and piling rig experience.
- CSCS.
- Preferably experience in a similar role.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Commitment to carry out in-house Murphy training requirements.
