The Trade Desk is seeking a senior privacy lawyer to support regional deals across EMEA and APAC.

You will negotiate privacy terms, draft sophisticated data agreements, and provide pragmatic guidance on GDPR, cross‑border transfers and evolving privacy regimes.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Procurement Legal to translate complex privacy issues into deals that move forward while managing risk.

England‑qualified attorneys with a strong commercial mindset are preferred.
