Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Ticketing and Sales in maximising revenue from ticket sales.
- Ensure that the audience receives the highest standards of customer care.
Qualifications
- Energetic individual with passion for live theatre.
- Previous experience delivering the highest standards of customer care in a similar environment.
- Experience using a computerized Box Office system desirable but not essential.
- Passion, flexible approach, calmness under pressure required.
