Give teams the structure, role clarity, and support needed to stay motivated, focused and informed. Help shape and nurture a healthy, collaborative project culture.
  • Commercial acumen: Be fully accountable for your project budgets: forecast, track, and report on financial performance throughout delivery. Forecast resource needs in collaboration with Head of Delivery and function leads. Monitor profitability, scope creep, and change requests; negotiate incremental fees as needed. Report on project status, budget, and performance internally and to clients.
  • Process and quality: Champion TheTin’s delivery standards and contribute to improving tools, templates, and workflows that drive consistency across teams.
