The Thinking Traveller in London is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to manage day-to-day HR operations across UK, Italy, Greece and US via a PEO model.

You will lead employee relations, recruitment, payroll and HR operations, partnering with the SLT to deliver a thoughtful, compliant and engaging people agenda.

Essential to this role are proven generalist HR experience at senior level, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and experience supporting European HR.
