Chilled Pubs are on the search for a Fresh Food Preparation Assistant at our central production hub to join our ever-growing family. With ample opportunities on the horizon, this could be the perfect company to evolve in your career.

What will I be doing?

  • Food safety is a number 1 priority across Chilled Pubs. You must ensure our compliance processes are always followed.
  • You will be essential in ensuring quality food is delivered to our pubs. This includes checking our fresh produce deliveries and removing any items which do not meet the required quality criteria.
  • You will need to support the Hub team with any deliveries, offloading and loading the vans ready for our twice daily pub drops.
  • You may need to support the wider team with food prep in other sections, therefore you will need to be comfortable working with all food products.

Who are we looking for?

  • No previous experience in the kitchen is essential; however, it would be very beneficial.
  • Somebody who enjoys working with structure and processes. This role requires you to work within strict guidelines, adhering to food safety policies and ensuring consistency.
  • Somebody who shares our passion for Chilled Pubs and is genuinely excited to be part of our team.
  • This role will require an early morning start and will require you to have your own transport.
