The Students’ Union Bars & Events team are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our award-winning venues as Team Leaders. This role is ideal for anyone looking for flexible work on campus while gaining valuable leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
One of the core values of the SU is to create a sense of fun and enjoyment for every student who walks through our doors. We’re looking for hard-working individuals who embody this spirit — people who can lead by example, support their team, and help deliver exceptional service across our Bars, Night Club, and Events spaces.
As a Team Leader, you will support the Venue Supervisors and Management Team by overseeing shifts, guiding staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of operations during busy nights.

- Must be available to work weekends and occasional weekday evenings
- Must attend in-person training during week commencing9 September 2026
