Looking for someone reliable, meticulous, and with great attention to detail to help with Airbnb changeovers. Perfect for a student who takes pride in doing a job properly and wants flexible, well-paid work. Must be available over this summer. Please let me know if you can start immediately.

£21 per changeover (up to 1.5 hrs work) - with a potential uplift after time and if your work is excellent.

  • Changeovers happen strictly between 11:00 and 15:00.
  • Days vary – could be any day of the week depending on bookings.
  • You’ll get a couple of days’ notice for last-minute stays, but most changeovers are scheduled well in advance.
  • You’ll be added to the Turno app (formerly TurnoverBnB), where you can see and sign up for shifts easily.

The main property I need help with is a bungalow at BA2 6AX. It’s a 2-bed bungalow. Clear changeover guide provided. It takes typically up to 1.5-2 hours to changeover, clean and complete. Each changeover is £21 flat fee typically upon completion or within 2 days via bank transfer. Any excessive cleaning or a deep clean, we can discuss an uplift on a case by case basis.

No formal experience needed if you’re naturally thorough and care about doing things to a high standard. Let me know if you have any questions. I will have plenty more shifts available upcoming and onwards if that works with your schedule. It would be great if you can send me a video of every room upon completion.
