TheSqua,re are a leading serviced apartment company operating in central London and are looking for keen, enthusiastic candidates to join our team. This role is client facing, and you will be working in various central locations around London.

Duties include:
β Meeting and greeting our corporate guests at our various locations in central London checking apartments prior to guest arrival
β Providing top quality customer service to our guests.
β Exhibiting an imaginative approach to solving problems
β Responding to all relevant emails and phone communication with colleagues and guests, including while out of the office to keep all informed
β Undertaking daily time/task management in conjunction with Managers and colleagues to ensure maximum efficiency, or when working alone, independently
β Exhibiting an imaginative and customer focused approach to problem solving
β Maintain all IT records and systems in a clear and collaborative manner
β At all times presenting the company and themselves in a professional and polite manner
Qualifications and Skills
β Customer Service experience and an enjoyment for working with people
β Very good spoken and written English
β A positive \βcan do\β attitude and a dedication to customer satisfaction
β Self driven and able to work on their own initiative
β Polished, professional presentation
